Residential and Program Evaluation and Strategic Planning
The Consulting Staff at the Durango Institute are well known for their profession evaluation and program development with a reputation for pragmatic idealism.
After reviewing your questions, concerns, and materials carefully, one or more of our professional staff will visit your campus for 3-4 days for a series of interviews, observations, and administrative sessions. After discussing our observations and possible recommendations with you and your administrative team, we will submit a detailed report stating our observations, recommendations, and suggestions on how to proceed. A return visit to discuss the report with faculty, administration, and perhaps the Board of Directors is recommended. Our staff will continue to work with you as you determine the most effective ways to implement what you have learned from this evaluation.
The Durango Institute does not come with a template of a good school or program. We are committed to identifying the unique strengths and potential that you have as a school and helping you achieve the goals and objectives of your school mission. This is a highly interactive process that gives you the tools to create the programs that best highlight your school mission and possibilities. We have all dealt with the realities and complications of school life and offer pragmatic, concrete strategic planning, not just theory.
