General fees and expenses
Fees are generally determined on an hourly basis, depending on the circumstances.
Package deals include:
New Head, Dean, or Program Director Coaching: $2500 includes initial phone conference plus 15 calls over a six month period. On-Site visits are provided during this six month time for $1000 per day plus expenses.
Program Development Coaching: $5000 includes a two day on-site visit, a report, and 6 calls over a six month period. A follow-up observation and report is available for $2500 plus expenses.
Crisis and Emergency Coaching: $4000 includes unlimited phone support for a three month period. On-Site visits are provided during this three month time for $1000 per day plus expenses. Extensions of this time period can be arranged.
We are aware of the financial pressures schools are facing today and will work with you to find a service that is affordable and meets your needs.
