Administrative and Program Coaching
Being the head of a school, a dean of students, a school counselor, or a program director can be a demanding and isolated position at times, particularly in a residential school. Issues of confidentiality, politics, or conflict sometimes make it difficult to find objective resources of support within our own communities. Many schools leaders are turning to professional coaching and support outside of the school community in order to get objective, experienced advise and support for both the professional and personal demands of effective leadership.
All of our consultants have held significant administrative or program positions that have given them clear insight and understanding of the challenges of running a school or important program. They provide both the empathy and objectivity that are so crucial to help you be an effective head of school or administrator. Administrative and program coaching can be helpful during a transition or crisis or on a regular basis as you deal with the day to day complexities of running a dynamic and effective school.
