Consultation
The Durango Institute has consultants and connections that are available to speak and work with your faculty, students, parents, and staff at your school. Each presentation is specifically designed to address your particular objectives and issues.
Opening and year end school workshops, professional development days, student leader training, parent days, administrative and board retreats are all opportunities for our experienced professional consultants to work with you to focus discussion and training.
Our consultants have all worked in independent schools and are inspirational coaches for school and program heads addressing specific issues or changes in your school. Once an initial contact has been established, our contacts are available for distance and on-site consultation for a contracted period of time – as often as needed.
The Durango Institute has also developed a sophisticated process of program evaluation and strategic planning. One or more of our consultants will come to your campus for 3-4 days of interviews and observations. Follow-up includes a thorough report with a clear outline of strengths and weaknesses with recommendations that will highlight your unique mission and services.
Our consultants are also available for specific emergency response support. If we do not have someone with expertise in the situation you are facing, we will find someone who does. Our goal is to support you and your community in a way that reinforces your core values.
The Durango Institute is also available to develop community or program specific surveys that will provide you with candid, helpful feedback as your evaluate and improve your co-curricular programs.

Good morning,
I was wondering if it would be possible to have a workshop held in our school, located in Mussoorie, India? If so, would it be possible to review the cost of such an affair?
All of the workshops you hold now look quite appealing, and if you are able to come, it might be worth having a couple held during that time.
Please let me know.
Thanks!
