Administrative/Student Affairs Experience:

• Dean of Students, Phillips Exeter Academy, Exeter, NH

Oversee all aspects of student life on campus including student housing and advising assignments. Work closely with faculty advisers to students, the 29 dorm heads, and the Day Student Coordinator. Oversee new faculty orientation. Oversee off-campus programs. Supervise the Health Services Administrator, the Director of Student Activities, and an administrative team of 5.

Oversee all aspects of residential curriculum, including assisting in the recruitment of students, discipline issues, support issues and residential/student life initiatives. Oversee the recruitment, training, evaluation and management of dorm staff of 40 faculty members.

Oversaw all aspects of large coeducational, residential ice hockey, soccer and basketball camps. Oversaw daily operations of the camps as well as marketing and recruitment.
