- Provided private school placement services for over 1000 students from South Korea over the course of 15 years.
- Directed and serviced all college counseling clients from China and South Korea (a total of 300 students over the course of 13 years.)
- Provided private school placement services and college counseling to domestic students from New Jersey, Connecticut, Greater Boston, Cape Cod as well as to international students from Germany, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Norway, The Philippines, Canada and Nigeria.
- Performed extensive translation and interview accompaniment for South Korean families to over 100 boarding schools across the United States and Canada.
- Developed relationships with college counseling offices at over 50 boarding schools, and with college admissions officers.
- Worked in the capacity of guidance counselor for small independent day school, focusing on educating families regarding the college admissions, financial aid and scholarship search processes, developing working college lists and working with each individual student at every step of the college process from junior year through to graduation.
- Helped international families and students manage expectations regarding placement and provided education about the process, debunking myths about schools and colleges and helping families understand the importance of match and fit as it pertains to each individual student.
